   THE CROW AND THE JAR OF WATER
     

        It was a hot summer day.The sun was shining brightly. A crow become very thirsty. It flew here and there in search in search of water but did not find water anywhere. At last it found some water lying at the bottom of the jar. It tried to reach the water with its beak, but could not. The crow tried to overturn the jar but in vain. It was full of despair. At that moment it saw a heap of small stones,nearby. It hit upon a plan. It began to drop the stones into the jar, one by one. The water rose higher up. At last the water came within the reach of its beak. The crow drank water and flew away happily.

Moral: Where there is a will, there is a way.

     Once a Dog stole a piece of meat from the shop of a butcher. He ran away as fast as he could. On his way, There was a narrow bamboo bridge over a stream. When the dog was on the bridge, he saw his own image on the clear water of the stream.He took his own image for anotherdog carrying a piece of meat."I must get that piece of meat too,"thought the dog.So,he challenged his image with a growl. As soon as he opened his mouth,his own piece fell into the stream.Thus the poor dog lost what he had in his greed for more. Moral : Grasp all lose all.
